About Me

I am an experienced organizational strategist and operations specialist with more than 20 years of leadership across nonprofit, public, and private sectors. I have advised and led mission-driven organizations in Europe, Africa, Latin America, and Asia, focusing on strategic development, financial management, and institutional capacity building.

I am the founder of Orgpro AS in Norway and Bethics S.A. de C.V. in Mexico, where I supports small and medium-sized organizations with services in administration, finance, human resources, and digital infrastructure. I have held senior roles with international development organizations including FHI 360, Winrock International, and the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation, leading national operations and compliance efforts in complex program environments.

Grounded in both political science and business, with an MBA specializing in entrepreneurship, I bring a systems-thinking approach to leadership, with a strong emphasis on ethical practice, organizational learning, and social impact.
